Service Scope
Pedal Pioneers provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including intake, inspection, adjustment, and related workshop work. Any scope of work is confirmed after inspection, and additional work is performed only with approval where required.

Fees and Payment
Charges are based on the bicycle condition, the scope of work, and any parts or materials needed. A final price is not confirmed until inspection has been completed, and payment may be made by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection, as applicable.

Estimates and Completion
Where a deposit or advance payment is requested, the amount and basis will be communicated before work proceeds. Completion times are estimates only and may change if parts are unavailable, compatibility must be checked, or further issues are found during service.
